How To Make Mike Huckabee Look Good

It's not easy, but Hillary manages to outdo Goober's gaffe:

"My husband did not wrap up the nomination in 1992 until he won the California primary somewhere in the middle of June, right? We all remember Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in June in California. I don't understand it," she said, dismissing calls to drop out.

Jeez, is she worried that even then they might pick someone other than her?

I find it appalling that coverage of the election is reduced to a focus on what slips were made by the candidates, rather than what policies they are proposing, and how they differ from those of the other candidates. With the future of America at stake, all the media can do is hype and sensationalize an occasional set of irrelevant words, like a bunch of adolescents with nothing better to do. The privilege of covering the campaigns should be taken away from them.
