Post Hoc Ergo Propter Hoc

It seems wrong that a story like this shows up on the taskbar as "Yahoo! News - Hamas Abandons Truce After Israeli Strike"

And I was afraid that in the esclating cycle of violence Hamas might abandon the truce without an Israeli strike. Oh, never mind.

Charles it is really very simple. According to our unbiased press, a truce means that Hamas is allowed to carry out all of the suicide bombing it wants without any Israeli response. Thus, if the Israelis retaliate then that clearly is a violation the truce.

George Orwell explained it very well. This is pure newspeak.
